More space for us, more service for our customers: The number of processed CTs for sales as well as CTs for parts tests, employee training and the MEDSER Academy has increased significantly in recent years and months. The number of customers has also risen steadily and with it the need to have more spare parts in stock in order to maintain and even increase the speed and quality you are used to. In the course of this expansion, we are currently in the process of doubling our storage space from 1,000 square meters to 2,000 square meters and, at the same time, completely restructuring our organization and our processes so that we can use the space more effectively.

Ultimately, this also benefits our customers, because we can now guarantee a larger selection and faster delivery of CTs and spare parts. Thanks to more precise and reliable test procedures, we can analyze the parts brought by the customer as defective even more deeply. We have also improved the training of our technicians under the new conditions, which means a higher quality of our service.

Needless to say, we are going through an extraordinary time when Corona has been dominating the media for months and we are all feeling the effects. We had to get used to a lot of new things and train off common habits, such as shaking hands. Corona created a new awareness of everyday hygiene in people’s minds.

But pandemic or not, we have been active in the field in practices and clinics since our foundation over 20 years ago, where hygiene plays a special role to protect patients, doctors and nursing staff. We are aware of this responsibility and therefore take sensible and up-to-date precautionary and hygiene measures in accordance with the regulations. In other words: face mask, disinfection and minimum distance are a matter of course.
