Storage space doubled

More space for us, more service for our customers: The number of processed CTs for sales as well as CTs for parts testing, employee training and the MEDSER Academy has increased significantly in recent years and months. The number of customers has also risen steadily and with it the need to have more spare parts in stock in order to maintain and even increase the speed and quality we are accustomed to. As part of this expansion, we are currently in the process of doubling our warehouse space from 1,000 sqm to 2,000 sqm and are completely restructuring our organization and processes at the same time so that we can use the space more effectively.

Ultimately, this also benefits our customers, as we can now guarantee a larger selection and faster delivery of complete appliances and spare parts. Thanks to even more precise and reliable test procedures, we can analyze the parts brought in by the customer as defective in even greater depth. We have also improved the internal training of our technicians under the new conditions, which means a higher quality of service.
